Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LakeMont Villa, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible for our guests.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 2 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and operational commitments.
  • Cancellations must be made by emailing us at info@thelakemontvilla.com or contacting us via our WhatsApp number +91 78198 64808.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • For bookings made through payment gateways like Razorpay, the refund timeline will be subject to gateway processing norms.
  • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances from our side (such as natural calamities or property maintenance issues), a full refund will be initiated immediately.
